If you are looking for an easy way to lose weight you have come to the right place. Perhaps you

the opportunity to do this and lose weight."

This will help you face three important challenges:

1. Changing not only eating habits, but other habits, as well.

2. Finding and following a good weight loss program.

3. Maintaining the will power to stay on course no matter what.

In other words, you will learn to lose weight by having a positive mental attitude, which becomes
your bridge to successful weight loss.

SECOND STEP - Make Radical Changes in your Eating Habits.

1. Make a serious investigation before you adopt any diet plan.
2. Do not just believe everything you read; it is your life and your health;

3. Check things out before you commit to any program.

4. If you are willing to make changes, while maintaining a positive attitude, you will lose weight,
and strengthen your health.

You must eat animal protein from meat, eggs, chicken etc. Do not overload your body with
vegetables either; this is not necessary and is unhealthy. Yes, I know that we have been told that
vegetables, and fruits, are good for us. However, it is not necessary to eat too much of them.

As for fruits, they are loaded with sugar. You may ask "isn't it true that the sugar in fruits is natural
and good?" This is nonsense; sugar is sugar and too much of it is harmful to our bodies.

I used to eat three bananas a day because I liked them so much, but then I realized that I was
loading myself with sugar. Today my intake of fruits is minimal and I am stronger and healthier.

I found out that Omega 3 and Omega 6 are a great help for your weight loss program. Just make
sure they are not from fish oil for we know now that fish oil is not good for the body. You can find
them under the name EFAS (essential fatty acid). At all cost resist the temptation to take the ones
from fish oil.

I now eat animal protein in the form of meat, eggs, chicken, cheddar cheese, etc. I also eat animal
fat, without any problem with weight. The carbohydrates, which once were prominent, have come
to a second place too.

You will learn to lose weight, but make sure that you get animal protein, animal fat, and some
carbohydrates, in this order of importance. This will give the energy that your body needs while
helping you to lose weight.

Protein burns fat; therefore do not be afraid to indulge on them. You must understand protein
helps your body to lose weight. Do not use the powder protein, just animal protein in its natural
form.

STEP THREE - Exercise Wisely

Most people believe that lots of exercise will greatly help you to lose weight. Nevertheless, this is
not totally true. Exercise three times a week for 45 minutes; it is enough to help you gain good
health. Remember that the most important element in a weight loss program is your eating habits.

In conclusion: You know your goals, and you know that you should check out carefully all plans
before you adopt them. You also know the three basics steps that will help you to lose weight. Go
