2. RECENTWORK:
 Successfully completed summer research project from IIT BHU on SIMULATION OF
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES USING ATLAS SILVACO TOOLS in which different Nano
devices were simulated on the ATLAS tool. The research involved different devices
ranging from PN junction diode to SOI, Schottky diode, MESFET, double gate MOSFETS
and few others and was found that Double Gate MOSFETS were found to have superior
I-V Characteristics.
 Published and presented paper titled “INGENIOUS ATTENDANCE PROFICIENCY
MONITORING SYSTEM” International Conference on Computing and Communication
organized by Alpha College of Engineering, Bangalore.
The main aim of this project is to develop an intelligent system for keeping a systematic
track of attendance of employees of an industry and also for the students of an
Institution. It consists of two parts, Ultrasonic sensor and RFID Reader. In this setup two
Ultrasonic sensors are being utilized
