Pedro Vaz from the RIPE NCC gave a presentation at the DKNOG4 conference about the RIPE NCC's activities and recent policy changes. The RIPE NCC distributes IP addresses and AS numbers, supports policy development, and operates services like the RIPE Database, RIPE Atlas, and RIPE Stat. They also provide training courses and webinars on topics like the RIPE Database, IPv6, and RPKI. Recent policy changes allow members to receive one more /22 of IPv4 addresses if they already hold an IPv6 allocation, and transfers of IP address space between members in blocks of at least /22 are now allowed.
