Prof. Rasoava Rijamampianina (aka Rija) is the Director of the Management Advancement Programmes at the Wits Business School (South Africa) . Previously, he was the Director of the Senior Executive Programme for Southern Africa – a joint initiative of the Wits Business School and Harvard Business School (USA) – and the Academic Director at the Wits Business School (South Africa).
