Put good reviews on your website
This email is sent to clients of Review Concierge once they sign up for the $50/mo Professional Plan. It describes
how to integrate positive reviews into your website with the Highlighted Reviews add-on.

Please forward this email to your office manager, have him/her print it out and bring it
back to you with the following action steps checked-off:
CHECKLIST: ACTION STEPS
1. [ ] Order the Highlighted Reviews add-on for an extra $50 per month per doctor.
2. [ ] Request an export of your positive reviews from your Review Concierge
3. [ ] Send back the list with „Approved‟ next to each review to make public
4. [ ] Write responses for each review you would like to respond to
5. [ ] Send installation instructions to your webmaster

ACTION STEPS
1. Practices who want to showcase their positive reviews on their website can order
the Highlighted Reviews add-on for an additional $50 per month per doctor. To
purchase the add-on, call your Review Concierge at 1-866-407-6020.
2.

Request that your Review Concierge export an Excel file of your positive reviews.

3. Make a new column and write “Approved” for each review you would like to make
public. Send this list to your Review Concierge.
4. Decide which highlighted reviews you would like to respond to. You can post a
response to any review on the Highlighted Reviews module. Your response will appear
beneath the review. Work with your Review Concierge to set this up.
5. The last step is to request the Public Reviews installation guide from your Review
Concierge. Forward the guide to your webmaster. It will have the exact codes your
webmaster needs to install this module on your website—thus making it easy for your
patients to see your positive reviews on your website.
