Selection Procedure for Indian Navy Recruitment 2019
The recruitment process is conducted throughout the year at

Navy Recruitment 2019 are as follows:-
Application
 Visit the official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in and fill the
online application form.
 After filling the entries, print the application, send the for via
speed post/registered post or couriers before the due date.

2.  Once the form has been submitted, the candidate will receive a
confirmation mail from the Indian Navy. The short listing
criteria are based on the aggregate marks scored by the
student in 10+2
 Prior to the commencement of exams, the candidate will
receive admit card cum call up letters. The candidates have to
download the admit cards from the official website.
 At the venue of the written examination, the candidate must
be equipped with his/her original certificates, mark sheets and
NCC certificate (if any). The original documents are asked to
verify whether the details submitted in the online form are
genuine or not.
Examination Fee
 In order to apply to the Indian Navy Recruitment 2019, the
candidate must pay an application fee, i.e., INR 205 via any
online mode (net banking, credit or debit card, UPI, online
wallets)
 SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of
application/examination fee.
 Admit cards are only issued to the candidates who have
successfully completed the form filling and payment
procedures.
Pay Allowances
 After the recruitment and during the initial training period, the
candidate will receive a stipend of INR 14,600/month.

3.  After the completion of the training phase successfully, the
candidate will be promoted to level 3 of Defence Pay Matrix
which will raise his/her stipend to INR 21,700- INR 69,100
 Furthermore, the candidate will be will be given additional MSP
allowance @INR 5,200 pls DA.
Promotion
 Promotion criteria are directly proportional to the current
performance of the defence employee.
 An employee can be promoted to the extent of Master Chief
Petty Officer, i.e., Level 8 of Defence Pay Matrix (INR 47,600-
INR 1,51,100) plus MSP @ INR 5,200 plus DA.
