Analiza seismica in Robot

Programul de calcul structural Robot Structural Analysis Professional
contine un instrument foarte util de analiza mai ales pentru structurile
proiectate in tara noastra unde ne confruntam cu problema cutremurelor.
Acest instrument este analiza seismica. Introducerea fortelor seismice in
modelul structural din Robot se face fara prea mare efort, insa datele
trebuie introduse cu grija, corect si complet. Altfel se aplica vorba aceea
celebra in domeniu “gunoi intra – gunoi iese”.
Iata care sunt pasii de definire a analizei seismice:
Pentru exemplificare am luat cauzul unei structuri din beton armat
amplasata in Bucuresti, cu forma neregulata in plan, cu un nucleu central
din pereti structurali, pe care o putem incadra din punct de vedere al
coeficientului de comportament seismic in categoria q=3 (structuri
sensibile la torsiune).
Pasul 1 – Analiza modala
Pentru a putea realiza o analiza sesimica in Robot mai intai trebuie definita
analiza Modala prin care sa se calculeze vectorii si valorile proprii ale
structurii. Din meniul Analiza/Tip analiza la tabul Tipuri analiza se apasa
butonul nou pentru a genera un nou caz.
In fereastra nou deschisa se
alege tipul de analiza
Modala.
Dupa ce se apasa butonul ok
se va deschide fereastra de
definire a parametrilor de

analiza modala. In aceasta fereastra trebuie indicat cate moduri de vribratie
sa fie calculate in analiza. Un alt
parametru care trebuie urmarit in
aceasta fereastra este bifa Densitate
neglijata. In exemplu de fata acesta
trebuie sa ramana neactivat.
Pasul 2 – Analiza seismica
Dupa definirea analizei de tip Modal,
in fereastra Tip analiza se apasa pe
butonul Nou pentru a crea cazul de
analiza sesimica.
In fereastra nou deschisa, de data
aceasta devine accesibil tipul de
analiza Seism. Inainte de a defini
analiza Modala acesta nu putea fi selectat
deoarece este conditionat de definirea mai
intai a analizei modale. In dreptul optiunii
Seism avem o casuta de selectie a
normativului dupa care sa se realizeze
analiza seismica. Pentru Romania avem la
dispozitie urmatoarele normative: P100-92;
P100-2006 si EN1998. Vom selecta
normativul P100-2006.
Dupa selectarea normativului si apasarea pe
butonul ok avem acces la fereastra in care se
definesc parametri de calcul seismic conform
normativului selectat.
In aceasta fereastra introducem parametri
seismici specifici zonei
Bucuresti. Chiar daca in
Robot nu este disponibil
ultimul normativ de seism
P100-2013 avem totusi
posibilitatea sa introducem
parametri seismici conform
acestuia si sa realizam un
calcul dupa ultima norma.
Astfel in aceasta fereastra
avem toate datele pentru
definirea spectrului dupa
ultimul normativ in vigoare
in Romania.
Inainte de a inchide fereastra aceasta de parametri trebuie sa mai accesam
si urmatoarele optiuni:

Definire excentricitate – aici putem
defini o excentricitate a maselor pe
cele doua directii X si Y. Conform
normativului trebuie sa luam in calcul
o excentricitate de 5% pe fiecare
directie.
Definitie directie – aici putem selecta
optiunea de generate a combinatiilor
dintre cele trei directii X, Y si Z
conform regulii denumita Newmark.
Dupa ce am definit toti acesti
parametri putem inchide fereastra si
vedem cazurile si combinatiile de
analiza seimica generate.
Totusi inca nu s-a incheiat
definirea analizei seismice.
Mai este un pas de facut si
anume definirea masei
seismice ce trebuie luata in
calcul. Acest lucru se face din
acelasi meniu Analiza/Tip
analiza iar in fereastra deja
utilizata pentru definirea
seismului se merge la tabul
Conversie incarcari in mase
unde se definesc cazurile de
incarcari ce trebuie luate in
calcul pentru mase.
Cazul 1 – greutatea proprie nu
trebuie adugata la conversie in
mase deoarece programul face
acest lucru automat datorita
faptului ca in fereastra de
analiza modala am lasat
neactivata optiunea Densitate
neglijata. Doar daca in fereastra
de analiza modala se activeaza
acea optiune atunci este
obligatoriu sa adaugam la masa
seismica si cazul 1. Foarte mare
atentie la aceste mase pentru
ca de acestea depinde corectitudinea rezultatelor.

Se vor aduga la masa seismica urmatoarele cazuri:
– incarcari permanente cu
coeficient 1
– incarcari variabile de tip utila si
zapada cu 0.4
– daca avem incarcare utile
pentru zone de depozitare
atunci acestea se vor converti cu
coeficient 0.8
– incarcarile din vant nu se iau in
calcul la masa seismica.
De abia acum putem spune ca
am incheiat de definit analiza
seismica si se poate trece mai
departe la finalizarea modelului
de calcul.

Acest lucru se face din acelasi meniu Analiza/Tip analiza iar in fereastra deja utilizata pentru definirea seismului se merge la tabul Conversie incarcari in mase unde se definesc cazurile de incarcari ce trebuie luate in calcul pentru mase. Cazul 1 – greutatea proprie nu trebuie adugata la conversie in mase deoarece programul face acest lucru automat datorita faptului ca in fereastra de analiza modala am lasat neactivata optiunea Densitate neglijata. Doar daca in fereastra de analiza modala se activeaza acea optiune atunci este obligatoriu sa adaugam la masa seismica si cazul 1. Foarte mare atentie la aceste mase pentru ca de acestea depinde corectitudinea rezultatelor. 3/4

Se vor aduga la masa seismica urmatoarele cazuri: – incarcari permanente cu coeficient 1 – incarcari variabile de tip utila si zapada cu 0.4 – daca avem incarcare utile pentru zone de depozitare atunci acestea se vor converti cu coeficient 0.8 – incarcarile din vant nu se iau in calcul la masa seismica. De abia acum putem spune ca am incheiat de definit analiza seismica si se poate trece mai departe la finalizarea modelului de calcul. Spor la treaba
