 Hypothermia
 Pathological jaundice
 Convulsions
 Congenital anomalies

5. Assess And Stabilize
 Temperature

 Breathing
 Circulation
 Fluid
 Medication
 feeding

6. Procedure for transport
Write a note
A Complete Note For The Referral Unit With Details
Of The Health Status Of Neonate And Treatment
Given Until Referral.

7. Accompanying Person
A doctor /nurse/health care provider
Mother is encouraged for breastfeeding
