1. A Whale of an Opportunity
Six years ago, a small group of Embarcadero
businesses had a simple dream - let’s create some
excitement on the waterfront in the beginning of
the year, and let’s focus attention on the whale
watching that San Diego offers. This dream was
made a reality with the creation of the Big Bay
Whale Days Festival. The 2013 Festival promises
to be even bigger than ever before!
Held at the Port Pavilion at the Broadway Pier, the
