As Creative Director for LA's premier vintage ultra-lounge, the Edison (considered a jewel of downtown) Fauve oversaw all design aspects of the venue. The Edison aesthetic is so splendid that Fauve was the first choice to guide the renovation of another unique historic gem, Clifton's Cafeteria. Fauve is presently Cr. Dir. of 213 Ventures, overseeing the restoration of Cole's, downtown's classic 1908 restaurant/bar, which has the distinction of being the first pub in Los Angeles and the inventor of the French Dip Sandwich.

Oversaw selection surface textures, graphic and scenic solutions, metal workers and artisans, including printing on glass and metal and chemical age treatments on varied surfaces.Worked with team of PR firm, marketing firm, interior designer, site manager, construction coordinator, chef and events coordinator. Guided the unique methodology for this exquisite 20's-40's themed venue in time for it's grand opening in 2007. logo Conceived as art for interior mural and all collateral. mural Detail of 40 feet tall interior mural based on logo.   7. 7. advertising Ads and PR solutions Final choice for wall behind rear bar was super-slo-mo projection (left) of the vintage clas- sic "Serpentine Dance".The 5-second clip was slowed to one hour. Changes only perceptible if glanced at on occassion. Projected onto real copper tile wall. Sheets of copper were cut into 5" x 9" "bricks", edges dulled, and rivetted to the wall.Technique was applied to several interior walls. Oversaw creation of a looping video montage of early film clips for projection.
