10. • My enormous self-confidence, creative marketing mind*, time consumed & perfectly
planned proposal and do not worry I won’t let the business or you down**.
• Because the 1st Phase(First two years) will be only for Stability to make sure the long run of
the business in profit, there won’t be any risks involved.
• As our 1st phase business is distribution of the Intel Brand products those are the 1 st to the
market process technology(22nm) and the competition will be lagging at least 2 years, there
won’t be any problem of selling products.
• Intel will grant us the only wholesale distributor in Sri Lanka status, due to my strategic***
approach.
• A legal agreement will make you as the equal equity(50%) owner of the company when the
company officially formed(In December/January), So you own half the company.
• Legally any major decisions regarding the business will be sent to you for your approval and
it will be performed once I received your approval. So even though you are not in
Administration, you will still have the equal power.
• If you decided to enter the administration, you are more than welcome at any moment. But I
will be happy, if you let me to reach the 4th phase with my own phase and plan. But I am
more than happy to hear your suggestions and alter the course according to it, if you find
any mistakes or have any suggestions at any time.
• You do not have to sent the investment money to Sri Lanka rather that the initial expenditure
cost(see investment table). You only have to pay the purchasing orders from there. So you
can trust your spending.
• Moreover you can feel my dedication and rage from some of my decisions like my salary is
going to be only US$ 265 until the company hit the target(20% of the total investment as net
earning after the taxes).
* I have sent 3 advertisement scripts to Intel. Those are international standard ads, that’s why I sent those to Intel. If they chose to use it, they will contact me with an email. If not, they will still contact me with the decis
forward those emails to you. Moreover I am currently creating a advertisement script to use in my country under Intel’s regulations.
** I am owning two patent design and file those after established the business under our company name. Those two are most important design, I think. So we can license other manufacturing company to use them, so w
