Puri , in Odisha is a good tourist & religious place. It is situated on the Bay of
Bengal . Famous for the Jagannath Temple & the beach. The mode of
conveynance is easy . 45 mins drive from capital city of Odisha (Bhubaneswar)

The best time to organize this mega conference will be between 15th
January – 31st January 2017, as it will be a pleasant time & the weather will
be also cool.

What will we achieve by organizing this event??
Happiness & friendly time spent with our retailer friends will be our best
achievement . It will create a strong bonding between AL & retailers . When we
interact with them , they will know AL’s mission & vision . We will be able to
interact with all of them at a time & at one place . After they go back to their
work, ‘ LEYPARTS , LEYPARTS ‘ will be their only subject of discussion . They
will also know about VALUEPARTS & AL’s motto not to replace Leyparts
materials with value parts but to use VALUEPARTS as BRAMHOASHTRA with
retailers to replace scrupulous materials or cheap materials.
10. Past Experience of Agarawalla Automobiles
As we are distributors in SKF , Meritor & Minda also. In 2014, we have taken
our retailers to Pune for SKF factory visit & there was 1 day factory visit &
they stayed at SKF guest house & then we took them to Lavaasa where we
game them 1 night stay. After coming back from this tour, my sale of SKF
grew by 40% as they were so influenced & became friendly with us, that
whenever they required bearings they remembered SKF. After this they told
us that instead of giving TOD every year , take us on a trip every year so they
can relax & enjoy with other retailer friends.
11. Last year (2015-2016) we gave a target to our retailers to give them a
Thailand trip( 3N/4D) on achievement of target in Leyparts , Meritor &
SKF . In the month of September 2016 we gave 14 retailers a 3N/4D trip to
Thailand who achieved the target. And they are very happy & they are
working with us open-heartedly with full cooperation . Any material they
require they contact us first.
12. It is our opinion that today , business fully depends on our relationship with the
retailer. And having a good relationship & direct contact with them will surely
help us in growing our business. When we ( AL & AA) will sit & interact with
them , we will surely make a good relation. And when the Parts Head & ZPM will
interact with them , they will feel that they know the people running the company
& will share their problems with you.
This will be way more effective than doinga mechanic meet & spending so much
on them.
13. We have taken quotation from the hotel & the charges will be approx Rs
5000/- per person. On double occupancy basis including breakfast , lunch ,
snacks , dinner & DJ.
So it comes to – 110 x 5000 = 5,50,000/-
We request you to approve this budget & help us organizing this event which
will surely take Leyparts sale to next level by contributing in the following
manner:-
