Step01: Activate RSA SecurID Token in Laptop

Prerequisites (Before Start please ensure) -
 You are logged in to your own official workstation/laptop
 You have received the Activation Code sent through one to one mail / SMS
Step 1
Open token ‘Click Start and navigate to All
Programs > RSA > RSA SecurID Token >
RSA SecurID Token ’
Step 2
Activate Token - Select on ‘Import from Web’
enter your Activation Code and click OK two
times
Step 3
Verify Token – Ensure your domain name
is showing in top left corner!

Step02: Create your PIN

Prerequisites (Before Start please ensure) -
 You have already activated token in your own official workstation/laptop
Step 1
Access Self service portal url using browser-
> https://mfa.robi.com.bd
> Login using your domain credential
Step 2
Select Create PIN in the My Authenticators >
Tokens > ctkip section
Step 3
Create PIN as per below policy
> Length: 4 to 6
> Character : Minimum 1 alphabetic & 1 numeric
characters
Steps: Follow the below steps to create PIN

Your PIN +
Tokencode
Step03: Verify your two factor passcode (Optional)

Prerequisites (Before Start please ensure) -
 You have already activated token in your own official workstation/laptop
 You have already created your PIN
Step 1
Access Self service portal -
https://mfa.robi.com.bd
> Select Test in the My Authenticators >
Tokens > ctkip section
Step 2
Place your domain user name and passcode to
test.
Tokencode: New code generated in each minute
PIN:
Step 3
If you see above output your passcode
created properl
Steps: Follow the below steps to test you passcode
