This document outlines red and yellow flags for identifying potential systemic diseases based on manifestations in different body systems. Red flags indicate serious conditions and include progressive dementia, severe headaches, seizures, stroke-like episodes, conduction blocks, arrhythmia, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, and cough lasting over 3 weeks. Yellow flags warrant further investigation and include abnormal or non-dermatomal sensory symptoms, fainting, drop attacks, vertigo, autonomic symptoms, and psychosocial stresses.
