JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare project planning schedule by using the PRIMAVERA planning software&
update the status till the project complete.
• Prepare daily, weekly work progress report in word/excel sheet & submit to project
manager.
• Performing all fabrication & production activities according to job requirement along
with co-ordination of project & QC dept.
• Indenting & ordering the materials according to bill of materials of project &
considering stock lists also.
• Co-ordinate with HSE dept. for safe working
• Reviews the drawings & project specifications according to the requirements of client
for production.
• Inform stage wise inspection details to QC dept. for project compliance
• Control blasting & painting activities crew according to urgency job
• Co-ordinate with logistic dept. for transportation & shipping of finished products
• Co-ordinate with fabrication & welding foremen for smooth flow of job.
• Co-ordinate with store & purchase dept. for material details
• Co-ordinate with QC dept. for inspection & hydro test arrangements including crane
arrangements etc…

• Design of separate starting mechanism for the water pump (final year project)
DESCRIPTION:
The main purpose of the project is to increasing the life of centrifugal pump by
using the electromagnetic clutch. The usage of clutch is easy to commisioning of it in
centrifugal pump and for engaging the clutch only current supply is required thus
reducing the human effort.
