specification of machine.

measure from the likelihood frequency and violence consequences with machine.
Frequency level and violence is up to each work area condition which indicate by themselves.
Violence can be divided into taking time and affectation cost. This factor use for arrange level of
consequence.
2. As assessment each issue, not only sequence significant data but also be useful data in sharing
experience to find the best solution by creating graph which shows machine issue. That makes
for matching experience of shareable holder.

Look up topics from assessed issues that are separated to sub item. There are 5 topics;
Experience sharing, Standard of job, Standard of check, Accessory design and Trouble
shooting.
Relation of 5 topics, start by telling experience from assessed issues. It has to analyze
experience data about practice, checking, improvement, new tools development and basic
solution. There are formats as follow;
Standard of job is work instruction that shows standard step by step by using concept
of story telling; how can we do and write from standard creation.
o Standard checking is inspection for finding abnormal of equipment by using concept of
story telling; how can we check quickly by accurate solution and write from autonomous
maintenance which is a part of total preventive maintenance (TPM).
o Experiences sharing is shown problem include cause and solving method in work
place. The concept of story telling; how do we use experience for preventing recurrent
problem and write with 5W1H conception.
o Trouble shooting is solving elementary problem when machine is sudden breakdown by
using concept of story telling; how can we solve problem quickly and write from motion
and time study principle.
o Accessory design is invented equipment and a part of machine by using concept of
story telling; how can we install useful accessory and write from design of machine
component.
As damaged belt issue, we have to start to find how it happened from sharing experience.
Also, how can we solve this problem? How can we protect it? Then, select topics that cope
with experience for example damaged belt from falling of metal in hopper and it tears belt.
So, there are replaceable belt method, belt repair that for quick solving problem, risk metal
fallen checking, development and set up of belt damage preventive at hopper and basic
solution when new equipment have problem or basic solution for belt damage. There are
topics as follow;
1. Experience sharing, belt damage experience.
2. Standard of job, belt replacing, belt repairing.
3. Standard of check, risk metal fallen checking.
4. Accessory design, development and set up of belt damage preventive at
hopper.
5. Trouble shooting, basic solution when new equipment have problem or basic
solution for belt damage.

After adapting data to be formatted information. All data are collected on webpage because it’s
easy to use and everyone can communicate or update data easily and quickly.
The webpage are;

• Counter to show the audience for basis data to develop system.

• Search to find out words or data quickly.
Furthermore, there are main topics as below;
- Glossary. In different place, there are names, abbreviation or technical vocabulary. It’s
necessary to make the same understanding.
- Photo gallery shows some equipment or moved and illustrated situation for clarify and
understanding real machine condition.
- Operating condition tells machine-working condition such as temperature, moisture, material
for excavation and hauling a solid, type, thickness, or another qualification. That is effect to
equipment.
- Vendor list involves and specifies supplier for maintenance, purchase spare part import,
domestic and local.
- Knowledge concludes theory and calculation involve with engineering.

Information improvement is very important for engineering standard system. There is sharing
experience between small groups, section or mine sight which using ‘Mining Talks’.
It can do both, formal (Forum, Technical meeting) and informal. Otherwise, can post some
comments on web board or send suggestion about achievements of Small group, 5S Visual
Feedback Photography (VFP), TPM, ISO. The leader of small group, manager and working team
can decide that data should be change or not for sharing experience to find the best solution.
When changing data it should distribute knowledge by OJT or OPL.

7. For example belt damage which each mine has set up preventive equipment. It can be
compared to find advantage or disadvantage of each design. Then, set it up and update data
such as maintenance of belt protector method, size and type of suitable protector. There are
topics as follow;
1. Experience sharing, belt protector history.
2. Standard of job, protector maintenance as mechanical part changing, electric
device test.
3. Standard of check, belt protector checking.
4. Accessory design, design of belt protector, suitable lay out and standard of
detailing part.
5. Trouble shooting, basis solution when protector have fault.
