Sample Plays - pg. 1 All Contents Proprietary Half Court Motion Entries Frame 1 Butler Weave Action 1 2 3 4 5 1 runs a dribble handoff with the 2 man on the right wing. 2 begins to the center the ball with a dribble. Frame 2 Butler Weave Action 1 2 3 4 5 1 slides down to the corner as 2 & 3 engage in a dribble exchange towards the center of the court. 5 flashes high to the 3 point line. Frame 3 Butler Weave Action 1 2 3 4 5 After 2 & 3 run their dribble exchange 3 passes the ball immediately to 5 at the 3 point line. 4 sets a backscreen for 2 and 2 looks for a pass from 5 for a wide open layup. Frame 1 4 Up Fade/Throwback 1 2 345 2 loops over the top to the right wing. 3 slides down to the right corner. 1 dribbles to the left wing as this is happening and waits for 5&4 to set a ballscreen at the top of the key. Frame 2 4 Up Fade/Throwback 1 2 3 45 1 uses the doulbe ballscreen from 5&4 at the top of the key and dribbles towards the right wing. After 5 screens for 1, he fade screens 4 to the left wing and then dives to the basket. 1 looks for 4 for an open three or 5 diving to the hoop. Frame 1 4 Up Lob 1 2 345 Line up in 4 up alignment, with 1 & 2 switched. 1 loops over the top to the opposite wing and receives a pass from 2. 3 slides down to the right corner when 1 is looping over the top. 2 comes off a backscreen from 5 looking for a lob from 1. Frame 1 4 Up Backscreen to ballscreen action 1 2 34 5 1 dribble exchanges with 2 on the wing. 2 centers the ball and hits 3 popping out. Frame 2 4 Up Backscreen to ballscreen action 14 5 2 3 2 uses backscreen set by 5 and looks for a lob from 3. If he does not get lob from 3 he goes to the ballside corner. Frame 3 4 Up Backscreen to ballscreen action 14 5 2 3 After 5 sets backscreen for 2, he sets and immediate ballscreen for 3. 3 should have an open look at the elbow becuase there should be no one showing on the screen. 1 should slide down to corner as 3 uses ballscreen.

Sample Plays - pg. 2 All Contents Proprietary Half Court Motion Entries Frame 1 Loop and Dive 1 2 345 Line up in 1-4 alignment along the free throw line extended. 3 loops under to left corner. 2 loops over the top of 5 & 4 to the right wing. 1 passes to 2 on the right wing. 1 should lead 2 so he does not have to stop his momentum to catch the ball. Frame 2 Loop and Dive 1 2 3 45 Right as 2 catches the ball he should drive right to the hoop. As 2 is driving to the hoop, 5 should dive to the basket, because his man will most likely be helping in the lane. 2 should have an open layup or should be able to hit 5 on the dive. 2 also has 3 spotting up in the corner and 4 popping out to ballside wing. Frame 1 Top 1 23 4 5 5 sets a ballscreen for 1 at the top of the key. 2 & 3 are spotting up in the corners. After 1 uses 5's screen, 5 rolls hard to the basket, 4 pops to the top of the key, and 2 & 3 either flatten to the corners or move up towards the wing. Frame 2 Top 1 23 4 5 1 either hits 5 diving to the hoop, 2 spotting up in the ballside wing or corner, 4 popping up to the top of the key, 3 on the opposite side wing, or he takes it himself.

Sample Plays - pg. 3 All Contents Proprietary Zone Offense Frame 1 Zone Quick Hitter 1 2 3 45 x1x2 x3 x5 x4 1 hits 3 on the wing and then shallow cuts under teh ball. 2 makes a slash cut to the ball side block. Frame 2 Zone Quick Hitter 1 2 3 45 x1x2 x3 x5 x4 5 runs out to ball screen for 3, but 5 allows X2 to easily get over the screen. 1 fills the wing in a "drag and fill" action. 2 fills the corner. Frame 3 Zone Quick Hitter 1 2 3 4 5 x1 x2 x3 x5 x4 5 turns and re-screens X2. 3 hits 1 who can shoot or turn it to 2 in the corner for a 3 point shot if X3 lifts to cover 1. Frame 1 Zone Lob 1 2 34 5 x1x2 x3x4 x5 1 brings ball to the left wing. 2 loops to the right wing area. 4 pops out to the left wing (free thrown line extended) Frame 2 Zone Lob 1 2 3 4 5 x1x2 x3x4 x5 1 passes ball to 2 at right lane line extended. Frame 3 Zone Lob 1 2 3 4 5 x1x2 x3 x4 x5 As 5 flashes high, 4 should run the baseline and set a screen on X3. 3 comes off looking for lob from 2. Frame 1 2-3 Zone Baseline Screen x1x2 x3 x4 x5 1 2 3 4 5 1 dribbles to the right wing and receives a screen from 2 on the right wing. 3 & 4 are in a stacks alignment on the right block. Frame 2 2-3 Zone Baseline Screen x1x2 x3 x4 x5 1 2 3 4 5 As 1 is dribbling the ball further down the right wing (to flatten the defense and make X4 commit), 3 & 4 must go screen their men. 3 screens X3 and 4 screen X5. 5 flashes to under the basket looking for a pass from 1.
  4. 4. Sample Plays - pg. 4 All Contents Proprietary Out of Bounds Under Frame 1 Kennesaw St. Action 1 2 34 5 4 sets a screen for 3 coming out to the corner. As 4 sets screen for 3, 5 sets a screen for 1 towards the top of the key. 2 passes into 3 and then 3 swings ball up top to 1. 2 puts his head under the rim. Frame 2 Kennesaw St. Action 1 2 3 4 5 When 2 is under the basketball, 3 uses a double screen on the baseline. As 3 starts his cut, 1 uses a ballscreen from 5 to try and get an angle to hit 3 on the low block or in the corner for a 3/short jumper. Frame 3 Kennesaw St. Action 1 2 34 5 After 5 sets ballscreen for 1, he dives hard to the basketball looking to set a downscreen for 2 up to the top of the key. If 1 does not have 3 open, he should look for 2 coming off of 5's downscreen. Frame 1 Double Rub & Slip/Pop 1 2 3 4 5 3 walks man down to the foul line then uses a staggered screen from 2&5. 3 comes off hard look for short mid-range jumper. 2 should roll to opposite block and 5 can either roll or pop for short jump shot. Frame 1 Rub to Screen Inbounder 1 2 3 4 5 x2 2 man (best scorer) takes the ball out of bounds. 3 uses staggered screen set by 5 & 4 and curls toward the hoop. 1 spaces out to corner. If 3 is not open he screens X2. Frame 2 Rub to Screen Inbounder 1 2 3 4 5 x2 As 3 is about to finish his cut and screen X2 (guy guarding inbounder), 4 steps out and receives pass from 2. 4 kind of sets nuisance screen. 2 immediately sprints to 3 point line for an open look.
