Web site and app technology start to age, but there is a new platform emerging: Messaging ecosystems such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and others now have a very large user base. In this talk, we will show you what this could mean to our world of GIS. And as a bonus, you will learn a bit about the Swiss public transportation system
