1. Outside
In this recording we expected the sound to echo and travel a greater distance because of the wide open space but we also expected a large amount of refraction to
the other recording because this was outside in the cold air which makes sound waves bend. Instead of this the sound was clear and clean as it didn’t echo or
reflect of anything.
The only thing that affected
the sound on the recording
was the wood which absorbed
it but in all fairness it didn’t
make much of a difference.
