Robert Norris, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer.
Norris began his oil and gas career as an Associate Vice
President for a privately held oil and gas
company, where he worked to improve communication
avenues for new and existing partners. Norris has

United States. After starting Petronog, he refocused his
efforts to provide added value to the holdings of
existing and new partners. Norris has extensive
experience in generating new business and maintaining
client relationships. Norris's oil and gas experience

responsibilities with Petronog include developing and
maintaining partner relationships, day-to-day
operations and well site management. His career has
given him a broad spectrum of financial and business

Anthony Carlos, co-founder and Chief Investment
Officer of Petronog Oil and Gas Corporation. Mr. Carlos
has been involved in the oil and gas industry heading
up operations and placement since 1998. Overall
Anthony has 13+ years experience in the oil business, in
geosciences, exploration, business development,
operations and general management, working in
hydrocarbon provinces from Europe to South America,
SE Asia, Middle East and North America. His focus with
Petronog is investor relations and drilling project
management. As Petronog's Chief Investment Officer,
Mr. Carlos is responsible for the identification,
