Peter Straube has been a member of the faculty in the Division of Business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont for more than 20 years and serves as Program Director for the Hotel/Restaurant Management and Event Management majors. An experienced speaker and industry consultant, Peter also has 17 years of experience in the restaurant and resort industry, including 9 years in general management positions. He holds an associates degree in Culinary Arts, a bachelors degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management and an MSA in Business. Peter serves on the Board of Directors for the Burlington Business Association and the African Empowerment Project.
