80% of what an InHouse recruiter does will be automated by 2020 so where does that leave them? My belief is that the market will continue to be candidate led and with more time on their hands, Inhouse recruiters need to focus on how they use analytics to find, source and hire the right people. Alternatively, they can wait until their job is done by a robot!
