swift service of Palm Beach restaurant, the aroma of the
freshly ground chutneys and tempering Sambhar drifted me to
my hometown back in India. Fiery Red tomato chilly onion
infused Chutney, Coconut chutney and the Green
Coriander/Mint chutney was just running down my food
pipe and tempting my gastric juices to devour more.

Tear a piece of the soft dosa, dip it into the chutney of your choice, and then a dip into the sambhar,
Take it to your mouth and, start floating to the paradise and be back for another helping of the Palm

in, I have enjoyed the numerous flavors and
textures with delight, I always fall for the
enticing aromas emanating from the kitchen

addictive rich dosa has a crisp exterior and
the spongy interior and is liberally smeared
with butter or ghee.
Dosa is a protein rich food for vegetarians that’s made of rice batter and urad dal, dosa is a versatile
dish that can be eaten as Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner, it’s very easy to digest and even single dosa
can fill your tummy and can keep you considerably full.
Steps to Cook Dosa:

3. Lit the burner, place a pan over it and smear oil all over.
Take a ladle full of this dosa batter and spread it all over the pan/tawa.
Smear oil around the dosa batter.
This should be really thin and take a teaspoon of oil and drizzle it all over the dosa, so
that dosa can come out of the pan easily.
Allow it to cook until the other side turns crisp & golden brown in color.
Flip the partially cooked dosa to the other side and allow it to cook.
Take out the dosa and serve it immediately before it loses its crispness.
