Dr. Sultan Mahmood is a Pakistani social scientist, scholar and academic expert in political and constitutional history of Pakistan. He is noted for his doctoral research on the democracy in Pakistan. He was founding head of the Department of Pakistan Studies at Abbottabad University of Science and Technology Pakistan [1] (former Havelian Campus of the Hazara University).[2] He is working as Associate Professor at the Department of Pakistan Studies of Abbottabad University of Science and Technology, Pakistan
