1. AGREEMENT ON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES is the sole distributor PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE Lottery Tickets under a Group-Bet
Sharing System, provides the facilities wherein its members can play the PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE Lotto Online.
WHEREAS, the MEMBER is willing to play the PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE Lotto Online under the Group-Bet-Sharing System
provided by SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES
WHEREAS, SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES will facilitate the sharing and claiming of the jackpot prize from PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICE and divide it among the group that compose of the 50 members of the group or board plus one share from the recruiter of the winning
member, one share from service center where the winning ticket is bought and one share for the company, that would total to a maximum of 53
shares.
WHEREAS, MEMBER is duty bound to play the online lottery weekly or monthly and recruit new members to increase the group members.
WHEREAS, MEMBER will qualify in our Damayan System, a P20,000.00 cash assistance in time a member will pass-away, provided that the
MEMBER have been active in the system for 50 weeks accumulative.
WHEREAS, SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES is duty bound to give pay-outs, once the MEMBER performs the recruitment of new members.
Stipulated in the Marketing System of SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration, of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto mutually agree to the following terms and conditions:
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES will keep all the ticket and claim the winning ticket.
2. SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES will post updates from time to time in either mail, email, sms/text or by phone.
3. SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES will ensure that all the managers’ check that will be issued to the winning shares comes from PHILIPPINE
CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE to avoid any legal issues concerning the source of funds and the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

4. SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES will issue pay-outs checks to members, who do the marketing of the system every 15 and 30 day of
the month.
5. The MEMBER will be issued e-wallet on his/her rebates and commission in performing the marketing, that it can be for encashment or
can be use to buy new activation codes.
6. The MEMBER is allowed to transfer funds from his/her e-wallet to another member’s e-wallet.
7. The MEMBER has the right when to activate his/her Activation Codes.
8. The MEMBER, who has not activated for that week, in case a fellow group member hits the jackpot, will not be part of the sharing.
9. The business rights, privileges, duties and responsibilities of the MEMBER stated hereto are personal and are non-transferrable in any
form.
10. The MEMBER have the responsibility of complying with mandated rules and regulations of the local government unit where he/she
operates such as permits and licenses are required for the performance of his/her duties and functions hereunder.
11. This Agreement shall not be considered as employment agreement nor has employer/employee relationship been stipulated herein. The
MEMBER shall function as an funder thereof and, therefore, SHARE 2 WIN ONLINE SERVICES is not liable for any issues that may arise
resulting from and related to salaries and wages, compensation, and benefits of employees, workers and distributors and/or for all
claims, liabilities and damages, of whatsoever nature and kind against the MEMBER.
12. Either party may terminate this Agreement without the payment of any penalty by giving not less than 30 days notice in writing to the
other party.
13. This Agreement states the entire agreement of the parties hereto, and is intended to be the complete and exclusive statement of the
terms and conditions hereof. This Agreement may not be modified or rescinded except in writing signed by the parties hereto.
14. In the event that a party hereto shall elect to file court action against each other for breach of terms and conditions of this Agreement,
such action shall be instituted only before the competent courts of Cebu City.
