ew Riverside Ochre Company, Inc. was founded in 1905 by William Satterfield and remains a family owned and operated company through the continued ownership of the Dellinger family. Nowhere else in the United States is there an organization like New Riverside Ochre Company. This unique firm is a multifunctional, natural iron oxide pigment mining and processing facility in the mineral rich mountains of North Georgia. Because it is a vertically integrated operation, New Riverside is the one source for Ochre, Umber, high performance, spray-dried granular pigments and high grade Barite, all of which are mined and processed to ISO 9001:2008 specifications.
