The Three County Fairground and City of Northampton have filed a request with the Northampton Conservation Commission for an Amendment to the Final Order of Conditions (MassDEP File#246-0635). The request seeks an amendment to the previously approved limit of work for Phase 1 only. The overall project scope and intent has not changed. The work is scheduled to take place on property between Fair Street and Old Ferry Road in Northampton.

Section 40, you are hereby notified of the following:
The Three County Fairground and City of Northampton have filed a request with the
Northampton Conservation Commission for an Amendment to the Final Order of Conditions
(MassDEP File#246-0635). The request seeks an amendment to the previously approved limit of
work for Phase 1 only. The overall project scope and intent has not changed. The work is
scheduled to take place on property between Fair Street and Old Ferry Road in Northampton.

NOTE: A public hearing will be held at a place and time to be determined by the Northampton
Conservation Commission. Notice of the public hearing will be advertised in the Daily
Hampshire Gazette and in City Hall.
