2. I’ve seen that you are less active then you have been in the past but are still eating all the same foods.
3. Every time I ask you to come out and either help with chores or just get some activity you tell me you are tired or your back is acting up and you’ll try later.
4. No More! Over the course of this week I challenge you, in the form of aerobics.For every hour that I do you have to do 30 minutes. I have 4 sessions scheduled for the week. That is 2 hours for you.
5. The activity will not only help lower blood pressure and cholesterol but it will also help give you more energy and allow your body to better repair itself so won’t feel tired and sore so much. I know it’s not your favorite activity but without me being there to have you come with me to do something I figure this can be an interesting experience for us both.
