- 3. Dictionary To help youbetter understand Dagcoin marketing plan we have put together a short list of terms used in the business. Customer Everybody who purchases one of the education courses provided by DAG Corporation becomes our customer. It is possible to purchase the courses directly from the website or from one of our affiliates. Affiliate A customer has the opportunity of becoming an affiliate and starting to earn commissions for sales and marketing activities. Becoming an affiliate is free of cost. An application can be found in the web office. Sponsor A sponsor is the affiliate who has introduced you to our educational courses. Volume Point A value assigned to the revenue generated from the sale of the educational courses. 1 USD equals to 1 VP. Volume Points are used to calculate commissions and Recognition Ranks. Team Structure The positioning of all the customers and affiliates in your right and left team. Leadership Structure All the customers and affiliates introduced by you and those who are introduced by your affiliates. The Leadership Structure determines how you earn Leadership Bonuses and achieve new Recognition Ranks regardless of how they are placed in the Team Structure. 65/35 Rule 65% of every commission earned is transferred to the Cash Account in the web office and 35% is transferred to the Trading Account. Week The calculation of commissions is week-based. A week starts 00:00:00 on Monday and ends 23:59:59 Sunday evening Eastern European Time (Estonia). Commissions are paid out on the following Monday. Generation Generations are related to the Leadership Structure. Personally introduced Customers and Affiliates are 1st generation. Dagcoin Compensation Plan4 Products – Educational Courses Basic – 20 USD – 20 VP This course gives a basic overview of the definitions used in the cryptocurrency and sales industry Starter – 100 USD – 100 VP This course is great for starting to learn about cryptocurrencies and the foundation of marketing and sales. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 100 dagcoins. Explorer – 500 USD – 500 VP This course gives deeper insight into what cryptocurrency is and how to excel in the art of selling. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 500 dagcoins. Advanced – 1 000 USD – 1 000 VP Advanced course teaches the technical aspects of cryptocurrency and takes your sales skills to advanced level. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 1000 dagcoins. Expert – 2 500 USD – 2 500 VP This course teaches how to be an outstanding public speaker and to present your ideas. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 3000 dagcoins. Pro – 5 000 USD – 5 000 VP This course teaches how to become a professional in sales and gives a thorough guide to psychology and human behaviour. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 6000 dagcoins. Mentor – 12 500 USD – 12 500 VP An intensive course for becoming a top level leader and a great mentor. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 17 500 dagcoins. Investor – 25 000 USD – 25 000 VP In depth course on digital assets, markets, trading and investing. After completion of this course the attendee is rewarded with 35 000 dagcoins.
- 5. Dagcoin Compensation Plan5 Passive Weekly Reward – 3% This is the only bonus reward for Customers. Every customer who has completed the purchased educational courses gets awarded with Dagcoins. These rewarded coins will be escrowed for 8 months and during this time they will earn 3% extra coins every week. 50% of these coins will go into escrow for 8 months and 50% will be free for using right away. Direct Sales Bonus – DSB (USD) Direct Sales Bonus is earned on every personally sold course and is 10% of the value of the course. The table below shows exactly the commission for each course. Volume Bonus – VB (USD) Volume Bonus will become active for affiliates who have achieved personal sales for at least 100 USD in both team. Volume Bonus is calculated from the team structure based on the revenue generated in left and right team. Every customer can be placed in either left or right team and the revenue generated by the sales in each team is added up. Volume Bonus is as much as 10% of the generated Volume in the weaker team. In this example, there is 12 500 USD of revenue in the right team which equals to 12 500 Volume Points (VP) and 7500 VP of revenue in the left team. 10% of the weaker team is 750 USD from 7500 VP in the left team. The used VP will be deducted from both teams and the rest is carried forward to the next week. There will be 0 VP in the left team and 5000 VP in the right team. - 6. Dagcoin Compensation Plan6 Weekly Bonus Cap (USD) Weekly Bonus Cap refers to the maximum amount of Volume Bonus that can be earned in a week. Cap is based on the level of expertise of the affiliate. Leadership Bonus – LB (USD) Leadership Bonus will become active for affiliates who have followed the principle “lead by example”. Requirement is to have completed at least Expert Course and achieved personal sales for at least 2 500 USD in both teams. Leadership Bonus is paid on the Volume Bonus your personal team members earn and it goes up to 5 generations. As seen on the example, your 1st generation is your personal sales. 2nd generation is their personal sales, etc. The green users are your 1st generation, and the green lines show which users they have personally sponsored (blue users). If you are eligible for Leadership Bonus and your team member in a particular generation earns for example 1000 USD Volume Bonus then you earn 50 USD Leadership Bonus on that. As the affiliate completes more courses and becomes more educated on sales, teambuilding, leadership and investments, next levels of Leadership Bonus will become unlocked.
