Here (above) is a 1925 "Certificate of Incorporation" of a "United States Corporation Company". The document was filed in Florida;. Its Directors were in New York.

Now, go to the "dot.gov" site (http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_html.prc_proc_servers?cov_id=22&pv_vpath=LIV IEW&pv_web_user_type=P) to see which Department "processes" the United States Corporation Company's applications for the mandatory, legislated, "franchisee's" "Licensing and Insurance". On the day of this posting, the given "dot.gov" site; "FMCSA License and Insurance Process Agents for: UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY", lists addresses in all fifty State and the District of Columbia.

August 6, 1981, Reagan signed into law legislation transferring the Maritime Administration from the Commerce Department to the Department of Transportation, fulfilling the intent of the DOT Act–that one cabinet-level department would be responsible for coordinating all transportation programs.

Is the Department of Transportation the modern day equivalent of the ancient "Livery Companies" of the City of London?

It is, therefore, incumbent upon, “the people" to ratify the 1787 “Constitution for the United States of America” and begin anew with the nullification of amendments 11 through 27.   • This deceptive fraud is clearly momentous in manner going even further back to the Revolutionary War (which was also another staged, fraudulent event that soaked the lives of many millions who have been led to believe they were fighting for "freedom and independence"), the Treaty of Peace in Paris, 1783, and the creation of a compact between the States (formerly known as colonies) and the so-called "Federal Government" (a corporation, which in Latin means a(n) artificial, legal person, therefor making the "UNITED STATES" an artificial federation, with a governing-body of a few "elected" officials, operating as a municipal corporation within the District of Columbia) called the "US Constitution" in 1787, signed by the "Founding Fathers", the State's representatives, except those whom they are governing (ie the vast majority of the populace at the time who were given neither voice or vote to ratify or adopt this compact we know as the Constitution for the united States of America (the original spelling of this legal document prior to the Civil War, whose main objective was NOT about abolishing slavery nor true freedom, but rather on who has the right to ownership of property, which resulted in the Union north to win the war against the Confederate South with its advanced weaponry and financial support, and in the aftermath of the war, established Martial Law which still continues today as there was no treaty of peace signed between the two parties to fully cease the war and military rule, no wonder we often see military activity of both foreign and domestic origin) which was changed to "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".
