I am a creative business strategist and tactician. Traditionally I am hired by media-tech companies to design and build new revenue streams for their ventures. For those early stage companies where New Road Media is an Investor, I help them grow through creating partnerships, securing strategic investors and product sales. For the more established media companies who are clients, I offer "alternative solutions" to accomplish their revenue goals. I hire additional staff when the venture has traction and manage that process as an outsourced team. Traditionally I earn a retainer and Advisory and/or Board seat in the early ventures I serve.
