Educated as a civil engineer, yet with a diverse background, I have worked in most areas of transportation
engineering, including traffic engineering, bridge and roadway design, construction engineering, and utilities.
Writing skills have been refined extensively during preparation of many technical proposals, presentations
and articles as well as oral communications including both interpersonal and public speaking activities.
Equally at home in field or in front of a computer, and familiar with a wide array of software packages. Adapt
well to new environment and tasks, having learned and applied many new skills over the course of my career.

Milton-Madison Bridge over Ohio River – Rehab of 1,700-foot steel cantilever truss bridge. Responsible
for rehab/replace decisions and design for steel floor beams and stringers in main span/side spans. [BN]
West Fifth Ave. over Olentangy River – Responsible for emergency re-design of 5-span, rolled steel
beam superstructure. Design had to be completed within a 3-day period of time. [BN]
