This job posting is for a Junior System Admin role at Ocean Join-Stock Bank. The responsibilities include supporting end-users remotely or via phone, maintaining connectivity between bank branches in southern Vietnam using OSPF routing, managing the LAN, WiFi and camera systems at the Saigon branch, prioritizing bank transaction traffic, monitoring network performance using Netflow software, managing DNS, DHCP and GPO for users in southern Vietnam, and experience with video conferencing solutions and information security policies.

1. Junior System Admin
Ocean Join-Stock Bank
- Supporting end-users directly or remotely via supporting software or phone calls.
- Responsible in guarantee the WAN connection status betw een Bankbranches in the South of Vietnam and betw een
subsidiary branches and Saigon branch locally in HCMC. Using OSPF as routing protocolto maintain the routes inside
netw ork.
- Responsible in maintaining LAN, and WIFI systemin Saigon branch.
- Responsible in managing Camera systemin Saigon branch, and in ATM posts.
- Deploying Cisco QoS technology to prioritize the bank transaction traffic over normaluser-traffic.
- Be familiar w ith Managed Engine Netw flow software to troubleshooting bandwidth bottleneck, device status, and alert in case
one site dow n.
- Managing Child-Domain, DNS, DHCP service for usersin South of Vietnam. GPO is my usually tool to deploy changes to a
large number of users who Imanage.
- Experienced in Video conference solutions like Avercomm, Polycom and Lifesize.
- Give good ideas to Bank’s IT community in security policies applied in OJB bank.
