People have the rights and liberties to their lives and bodies. No one should be
punished inhumanely, hurt or tortured.
i. Freedom of one’s own residence = to have a home and the
home should not be entered without your permission
ii. Freedom to travel and settle down in an area of a non-public
property =All Thai people are allowed to travel in the country and live anywhere
in Thailand. No Thai person can be deported out the country or not allowed to
enter the country.
iii. Rights of protecting people in the family, honor, fame
and privacy =No Thai person should tell lies about others/accuse them of
lies. No Thai person should also use private information of other people to cause
harm.
iv. Freedom of Communication = All Thai people can communicate
with each other. No one should stop you, check your communication (but if you
are breaking laws the gov’t can check on your personal communication)
v. Freedom of Religious Beliefs = All Thai people can practice the religion
they choose to follow and do any religious activities as long as no one is causing harm or
breaking the laws
