1. INTRODUCTION
My name is Muhammad Abraham Hilal , a highly motivated Structural Engineer seeking a
challenging opportunity in a multinational company or a global organization where I can
start applying and enhancing my engineering knowledge gained from my Bachelor, Master
studies and work experience, In addition to I wish also to enhance and update the
professional skills gained from working in multicultural teams in a global youth
organization varying between leadership, team management, project management,
structural design, organizational behavior, marketing skills, sales skills, communication
skills and strategic planning.
My Scientific background summarized in: Currently I am preparing to the Ph.D. Degree,
also I have a Master of Science Degree in Structural Engineering “Reinforced Concrete
Department” Ain Shams University (Point of Research in fracture Mechanics field under
name of “Application of Energy Method for Reinforced Concrete Beams Design”) 2015,
and a Bachelor in Construction and Building Engineering with a very good degree from
Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transportation in Cairo class of
2007.
My Professional Experience summarized in: I have been working for almost 8 years At AL
Nour for Consultancy and Construction ESHC as a Structural Design and Construction
Supervision. Furthermore, I have been working in Construction Management Field for 3
years. Worth mentioning, I have a remarkable skills in design of any types of structures
including Metallic, wooden, composite, and for sure reinforced concrete structures that is
to achieve the most efficiency with the lowest cost, not only that but also proficiency in
seismic analysis and design for all types of structures.

2. REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
2.1 ACADEMIC REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Development of RS Diagram for designing flexural elements using Energy
Method and Fracture Mechanics principles Analysis Approaches which is
concerning on size effect, crack size, reinforcement ratio, and steel orientation. In
other word, It is a diagram of a hard to be applicable, theoretical, fracture mechanics,
analytical complicated equations, it became applicable and usable for design stage
(one of my applications of my master of science research).
2.2 WORK REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Portioning of an empty space area about 143,000 m2
,(30 Feddens) in Misr El
Kadima, Cairo, Egypt , as a commercial and residential city owned by AL Nour
Company For Consultancy and Construction. Furthermore, structural design for the
commercial and residential high-rise buildings superstructure and substructures of
the corresponding project.
 Structural Design and Construction in-site Supervision of a Medical Equipment
Factory at the industrial District of Wadi El Natrun for its owner Eng. Sami EL Far.
 Structural Design and Construction in-site Supervision of El Zohour City, a
commercial and residential Centre at the governorate of 6th
of October, for its owner
Eng. Mustafa Nada.
 Structural Design and Construction in-site supervision of EL Hussein Centre, a
Commercial Centre at 28 El Mashhad El Hosseini Street, Fatimah Cairo, Egypt, for
its owner Consultant Eng. Ibrahim Hilal.
