The Pool is Open for the Season
The Pool will be open everyday from 11:00am—8:00pm.
Each Resident must show a pool pass to the Lifeguard
on duty. We are using the same yellow pool passes
from last year. If you don’t have the current pool
passes you can pick up a request form from the
Concierge’s desk. There is a $5.00 charge for any
reissued pool passes.
(Please Allow 2 business day for processing).
Guest passes are available for purchase at the
Concierge’s desk $5.00 per person per visit.

We need your information to be able to contact you if
you receive any perishable packages, receive mail
without a unit number, or if there is an emergency.
You can also get your phone number programmed
into the callbox to make it easier for your guests to
enter the building without getting stopped at the
Concierge’s desk.

Regarding Pets
• Allowed:
– No more than one small, orderly dog
(40 lbs. or under)
– No more than two orderly cats
– Caged domesticated birds, and
aquarium fish
• NOT allowed:
– Large dogs (heavier than 40 lbs.)
– Rottweiler, Pit Bull, and Staffordshire
Terrier dogs or any mix of these
breeds
– Felines other than domesticated cats
– Birds other than domesticated birds
– Rodents
– Reptiles
Some Grounds for finding a Pet a
Community Nuisance
Pets:
– running at large
– damaging, soiling, defecating on, or
defiling property
– causing unsanitary, dangerous, or
offensive conditions
– making or causing noises of sufficient
volume to interfere with other residents’
rest or peaceful enjoyment of the
property
– creating disturbances
