I am an Educational Research Consultant specializing in digital literacy and child online safety. I earned my Ph.D. in Education with dual emphases in Cognitive Science and Technology & Society in 2009 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. From 2010-2012 I worked at the Oxford Internet Institute where I am currently a Research Associate.
