goals, and information about the company's leadership, employees, and operations.
Business Description
This section provides background on your company, details about structure & ownership, location,
and the key milestones your company has achieved to date.
Industry Analysis
This section provides background on the industry, industry outlook, demographics, competitive
landscape, market segmentation, and customer analysis.
Competitor Analysis
This section evaluates the competitive landscape, highlights key competitors, details their strengths
and weaknesses, advantages they may have as well as your strategy to build competitive advantage.
Product and Service Offerings
This section outlines the products and services you will offer and may also include product lifespans,
benefits to the customer, pricing plans, manufacturing process, proprietary technologies, etc.
Marketing Plan
This section will describe how you plan to attract the customer base and how you want to reach out
to your intended target audiences.
Operations Plan
This section will provide detailed information about how your business will run.
Organization and Management
This section will provide detailed information about how your business will be organized and also
discuss key management personnel and their roles.
Financial Projections and Metrics
This section should include a company's financial planning and projections. Financial statements,
balance sheets, and other financial information.
