help.
Develop meaningful relationships with mentors.

Objectives:

Six hours of one-on-one mentor time per month

45 minutes of nonverbal activities per week

One field trip per month

One parent orientation at the beginning of the program

2:45 Bilingual conversation period (will ease in English)

6. A MENTOR IS NOT…

• A parent/legal guardian

• Social worker

7. BOUNDARIES
界限
• Report/don’t allow inappropriate behaviors
• 報告不當行為
• Don’t be alone with the mentor under any
circumstances
• 在任何情況下不要單獨和导师相处
• Don’t initiate/respond to contact outside of program
space and time
• 不回應项目以外的聯繫
• I.e. do not friend your mentor on Facebook
• 例如,不能在Facebook加你导师为好友
• Don’t invite mentors to social gatherings
• 不能邀请你的导师参加社交集会
• Tell us if your mentor makes your feel uncomfortable!
