Oh, how I spent numerous nights and interminable days with opened eyes, wondering how Suzhou will be.
Will it answer the the excitement in me?
Neither the narrow train nor the heavy baggage could stop the ecstasy.
Giggles laughter gossips and stories surrounded each train.
Rough, tough, bumpy, the ride was, but nobody bothered to mention any trouble.
Ten to nine we thought, but the clock we had always pointed two or more hours.
Mild and watery fruits tasted better than any ice cream, with the chitchats.
Nonetheless, the fun we had that night brought me something not right.
The papers full with vision and plans, were lost forever.
Yet there was no memory nor records , however the calamity took away my delightfulness.
The thrill and joy was a toxic that blinded me.
Clumsy and absurd, was I, without a single notice.
Train kept my folders full with ambition.
However, I do not regret.
I may have lost my folder but I did gain something more.
Experience and wisdom is the recompense
This happening, thankfully wasn’t an impediment but an applicable experience.
Well, maybe losing a folder isn’t ‘that’ much deal.
Though, a solid fact we can say is that I earned something that ‘is’ a deal.
