What did we look for?
Area of Opportunity: Throughout the class,
mobility and interaction should be
maximized through direct instruction,
examples, check for understanding, one on
one feedback, class feedback, and
review/summary. In each class at all times,
one these characteristics should be visible.
Strengths
1) Mobility in the classroom.
2) Verbal and Visual explanations and
expectations.
3) Relationship with students.
4) Students knew how the class flor worked.
Area of Opportunity
Students in the classroom should be engaged
in the learning through higher level questioning class wide
and between teacher and student.
This can be achieved by creating a system in which
all students are asked questions or perform tasks
equally in a non-threatening environment.
