We looked into design and color trends prior to working on the new package design. The image speaks volume itself: what we saw is a new intensity of pure yet highly sophisticated shades of colors.
Intense colors combined in an unexpected way for unseen contrasts.
Clear fonts and minimal graphics combined with colored backgrounds are key trends for strong aesthetics and design that communicates both contemporary professionalism and creativity.
The impact of fashion colors on graphic trends, design and packaging is quite significant. The trend Pantone colors drove the final choice of package design colors.
While the classic interpretation of professional packaging celebrated for decades black and white and while KMS used color so far to do a good job in product differentiation, the future use and meaning of colors for KMS intends to also clearly display a new generation of brand voice: an attitude that is outspoken and unexpected.
