Barack obama
1. Barack Obama, a mistake by the Democrats and Liberals?…
Barack Obama, after winning decisive victories in two presidential elections, the first not close,
the second closer, still has some support, albeit waning, among the Democratic party. This is all
stunning to me upon reflection of Obama's “legacy in process.”
Consider that Obama either knew nothing (but should have), or knew all (and should be ashamed
at his own political miscalculations) about:
1. the Al Quaeda attack on the Libyan Embassy
2. the miserable roll out of Obamacare despite years to prep
3. the NSA spying on our allies
4. the unreliability of the Russians to broker a deal to “help” remove chemical
weapons from Syria
5. the lack of sincerity in the Iranians' move toward giving up their quest to go
nuclear
What explains the fact that this president, who more and more seems to be making G. W. Bush
look like a MENSA candidate, still has some flagging but significant support given all the above
‘achievements’? Does this not say something about the Democrats and Liberals in general?
Might there be an element of clinging to that once gleeful notion we were all fed about the first
black man to be President? Isn't it time for the Democrats to come out of the closet and reveal
that they backed the wrong horse? Maybe next election, if they do not choose a female, they will
be a bit more selective, and a little less blindly jubilant, if their choice is a non Caucasian.
