My feeling after Devoxx Belgium 2023: I know nothing and that is ok! 🙂 Inspired, energized and learned new things that help me improve my daily work but also being able to better help others. 👌
One quote that still resonates with me is from the presentation "The art of software development" by Sander Mak. We are combining expertise/skills with creativity to solve complex problems. And are best in doing that together in teams/communities/chapters sharing knowledge, learning from and supporting each other. 💡🎨🤝 One of the Devoxx sessions that stood out for me today! 👌 Markus Westergren on the topic of mentoring. A personal story about his struggles and what actions to take as mentee ánd mentor. Great insights how to learn and grow your and others expertise. Afterwards sharing the insights, chatting about it and relating to our Rabobank context (setting up expertise chapters) with Ali Meshkat and Rodrigo de Oliveira Lopes. Thanks! 👍
