Job description

1. PREP COOK
This is a fraternal organization approaching its busy season. A
prep cook is needed for the 3-person kitchen. The hours will
be approximately 30 hours per week during the winter and less
during the spring/summer.
The ideal candidate must have prep experience, and be able to
work around 30 hours per week. This organization works AM
shifts Sun, Tues/Wed and split shifts Thurs/Fri. Off Sat and
Mon.
The prep cook will assist the head chef as needed, plating food
etc. Prep the food for that day's meals. Will also help when the
dishwasher is out. This position requires a person to be able
to work on their feet the entire shift.
