Arrived at Penn in 1992 and fell in love with the Internet, Linux, Perl, email, and cyberpunk. Founded pobox.com, the first commercial email service, in 1995, later bootstrapped to profitability by long-suffering and far more managerially competent girlfriend Helen. Led RFC4408 SPF/Sender ID antispam standards to worldwide adoption by Microsoft and Google during 2003 and 2004.
