Application due back to Hilary Misdom at misdomha@mail.uc.edu by Friday, September 17th at 6:00pm. There will be
eight recipients, one from each chapter and they will each be awarded $300 to go directly to their dues. Panhellenic
will write a check straight to the recipient’s sorority on her behalf.
Please only put your M number on this application, you can sign the email with your name, but we are going to keep
your information confidential while we are reviewing the actual application.
