Get you to buy a Honda car because they are
tying to say that they are well made and good
cars.
In your opinion did they achieve this?
Yes.
"Cog" is a British television and cinema advert
made by Honda in 2003 to promote Accord line
of cars. It follows a chain of parts taken from a
broken car. Wieden+Kennedy developed a £6
million marketing campaign around "Cog" and its
partner pieces.
3. Why do you think it is an inspirational advert? (what makes it
different and stand out?)
• How it has no people in just car parts, its cool.
• Wieden+Kennedy Agency designed and
produced the advert, directed by Antoine
Bardou-Jacquet. Took 7 months to film
• Quentin Letts of The Daily Telegraph believed
it was "certain to become an advertising
legend”.
