She was right, my mother lived her youth in a difficult time. But, now, when I compare my youth with the current youth I don’t really know if life is better and easier now than then. I know that life advances and each day there are new discoveries which make life easier; But , do the young people live better?
There are some points that should be taken into consideration:
Firstly, new technologies are in our daily life, doing this easier and comfortable. The young people know that better than anybody. They usually spend a lot of time with them. But, what happen with social relationship? . Can a computer be a friend?
Secondly, the young people, hardly, have another responsibility besides themselves; Is that positive for themselves and for the society?
On the other hand, the young people need the help of their parents and nowadays the parents are frequently out .
Finally, they need to study more and more to get a good job. It obligates them to a continuous formation.
In conclusion, life, now, for young people, can be easier or not depending on the point of view. They can have the life easy but they must work hard if they want to get their dreams.
