Create Email Notification: Example
Navigate to Tools Menu Rules Manager
Select New from the Action Bar
Find and select Event: New Work Order
Add “ – YOUR NAME” to the Rule Name
Enter 1 for Rule Order
Disable the Rule
Save Rule
Find and select your newly created Rule
Click Edit from the Action Bar
Select the Criteria tab
Click Edit
Set the Criteria to:
Type is Safety
Priority is High
Click Apply
Select the Actions tab
Check the Send Email Action Indicator
Select the Recipients sub-tab
Type in your email address
